In light of low salaries and overwhelming workload in public schools, it might seem almost infeasible that someone could make such a choice voluntarily. And yet, there are people who consciously decide to teach and raise children. In the new video by the “Look at this!” project, we introduce you to teachers from urban and rural schools across Ukraine. They don’t just love their work — they’re trying to transform the education system by implementing libertarian pedagogy methods and building partnerships with their students.
