Thomas Barrett
Thomas Barrett is a PhD Candidate at the Max Planck Institute for the Study of Societies. His research focuses on the consequences of Western-promoted economic restructuring after the “Colour Revolutions” in Ukraine, Moldova and Georgia. He holds a BA from the University of Oxford and an MA from the Free University of Berlin. He has also studied at the Kyiv-Mohyla Academy. After the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine, he worked as a humanitarian field officer for Caritas Luxembourg in Moldova and Ukraine.
